UPDATE. While I stand by my original review–which was a one-star review because the hose began to leak right away–several months after I had put the hose aside and replaced it with another, I happened look up the same garden hose on wateringtools.us.com. I saw that the manufacturer provided a 2-year warranty. I’m not sure if that was always evident, but after seeing that, I contacted the seller/manufacturer and asked if they would honor their warranty. Surprisingly, they responded right away and offered to send me a replacement hose. Honestly, that was not something I expected, so I’ve added two stars for great customer service. After i get the replacement, I’ll see if it holds up. If it does, I’ll likely update my review one more time. Purchased in July 2024. By October, the hose connector developed a leak. I replaced the washer, used plumber’s tape and otherwise tried to fix the leak, but nothing worked. I tried finding a way to contact the seller since I’ve had the product too long to simply send it back for a refund. However, there doesn’t appear to be a way to directly message the seller/manufacturer. A hose should definitely last more than a few months (of light use). Very unhappy with this purchase.
