Advance Termite Monitor Bait Station

Product arrived as described in good condition. Appears durable. Easy to install with a 4×8 auger using an electric drill bit. Should work in most soil types Comes only with a detection cartridge. Does not come with auger or wrench to remove top of unit to inspect cartridge. Upon inspection if you find termites purchase the bait cartridge which contains an insect growth hormone regulator which prevents termites from molting eventually killing the termite colony. I switched from another system where the exterminator came four times a year inspecting my Dow brand system. For a do it yourself type person this is cheaper and easier.
