I will post up some photos after I cook Thanksgiving, which is what I mostly bought this pan for, our delicious dressing that I make in double each year. I had been using a roasting pan that is absolutely so old it was cracking. It was time to upgrade and I sure am glad I did!WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS BEAUTIFUL PANTHE SIZE: This pan is larger than 9×13, and taller. It will handle a big funeral or family reunion casserole or a doubled lasagne with extra layers! Nothing much reaches the top of the pan so no boil-overs in the oven! You could easily roast two chickens or one chicken with lots of veggies or about an 18 pound turkey in this pan. Exterior Product Dimensions 15 3/4 x 11 x 3-inch , Interior Dimensions 15 x 10 x 3-inch. The height is substantial.THE WEIGHT and THICKNESS: I saw another review say it was light weight. It isn’t light weight, I would consider this heavy weight, but not as heavy as ceramic. It is easily removed from the oven no matter what rack you have it on. Some cooks may have a learning curve due to the surface, thickness and size with respect to time needed to cook. This is a heavy gauge pan that can take the heat, and heat tolerant to 450 degrees F.THE BAKE: It bakes evenly and browns beautifully. Would be great for a doubled cake but I’ve not tried that yet. No warping from heat. Always sits level.THE CLEAN UP: Only wash by hand, never in the dishwasher. If you do wash in the dishwasher expect water to become trapped in the rolled edges at the top. I learned this the hard way with my heavy duty sheet pans. It cleans up with soap, water and a gentle brush. Follow by a hand dry and rack dry. Any baked on food slides off easily during wash.THE COATING: The Silicate/Glass based Ceramic Non-Stick Coating is Cadmium, Lead, PFOA, PTFE, PFOS and PFAS Free. Ceramic coating is derived from quartz sand, a chemically inert and relatively hard mineral. It doesn’t scratch easily but do not cut in it with metal and expect it to be perfect after. Get silicone, wood and/or plastic utensils to use with it.THE METAL: Made from Carbon Steel. No Aluminum! No forever chemicals!THE COLORS: There are 4 beautiful colors at the time of purchase, I bought the rose gold. It has the little white flecks in it and is truly a beautiful choice. I got this color because my sheet pans are near this color anyway.NO HANDLES: After having an unfortunate freak accident with handles on another pan breaking while hot, I can say that this pan is perfect without handles and fits in the fridge easily.PREPARATION DAY BEFORE: You can prepare what you will be baking the day before, cover it and it will easily go from fridge to oven to table.I recommend this baking pan and hope you decide to purchase one for yourself!
