Ayesha Curry Ceramics Baking Dish/Lasagna Bakeware Pan, Rectangular, 9 Inch x 13 Inch – Anchor, Blue

I’m pleasantly surprised by the quality of this ceramic baking dish. It comes with clear instructions on how to use it and temperature ranges, which is important to know with ceramic and clay cookware.It’s nice and solid feeling and has a good weight to it without being too heavy, and it’s deep enough to bake a very generous lasagna, a big batch of empanadas, or roast a heap of veggies.The colour is super nice, a blue-grey that I loved as soon as I saw it. I try to get as much of my kitchenware in blue as I can, and it’s harder to find than one thinks. This blue is particularly nice.I haven’t cooked with this yet but it’s washed up and ready to go. I just have to think of what I want to make for the maiden voyage! This is a great addition to my kitchen.
