I have been using these for my group fitness gym classes. I tried to use regular masks during my HIIT classes and other high intensity classes, and it was very difficult to keep the mask from sticking to my nostrils while breathing. Since the classes have been limited to a smaller number of people, it’s nice to have a minimum of 6 ft between each other. I wear a regular mask when I arrive at the gym, set up and when I finish the class. I only wear this mask when working out in my space. The masks are reusable. I quickly clean it after class and save it in my gym bag for the next class. I really recommend this type of mask if you sweat from your head/face a lot. I do and this helps with being able to quickly wipe off the sweat and take a quick drink of water. One of my fitness instructors wears this mask style and recommended it to us in class. There are some people who like them and others that do well with regular disposable or reusable masks.
